Product Pricing Policy

MintBuilder reserves the right to cancel, hold, or adjust any order at its discretion.

Prices for bullion products are directly affected by the market price of precious metals and may change at any time without notice.

Payment Policies

Paper Check Payments

When selecting the paper check option during checkout, your payment must be received within five (5) business days. If the check is not received within this timeframe, the order will be automatically canceled due to market volatility.

Bank Wire Payments

Bank wire payments must be completed within one (1) business day. Failure to complete the payment within this period will result in order cancellation.

Order Integrity & Restrictions

Customers must place orders using their own account and payment methods.

The use of the same credit card across multiple accounts (more than two) is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.

International Orders

For orders shipped outside the United States, each package will be insured and declared at its full value.

Import duties, taxes, and other customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.

Cancellation, Refunds & Returns

Shipping Your Order

MintBuilder insures sales order shipments while in transit for the sale value of the enclosed products, subject to the limitations below.

We must be notified of any lost package within thirty (30) days from the ship date of your order.

If something happens while your package is in transit, coverage may apply only if you receive the package directly from the carrier.

Insurance coverage will not apply if you instruct a carrier to:

• Leave the package without a signature
• Leave the package with a neighbor, building manager, or third party
• Deliver the package to a drop-off location such as UPS Store, Mail Boxes Etc., or a similar location

If you do not personally receive the package from the carrier, MintBuilder and its insurance provider disclaim responsibility for loss or damage.

If a package is lost or damaged in transit within the thirty (30) day notification period, MintBuilder will investigate and, if appropriate, file a claim with the insurance carrier. Once a claim is filed, MintBuilder may, at its sole discretion, either:

• Reship the items, or
• Issue a refund

Customers agree to fully cooperate with any investigation or claim process. Failure to cooperate may void any available coverage.

All Other Returns / Sell Your Coins & Bullion

This policy is intended to reduce the risk of buying precious metals, which may hold or increase in value over time.

If you wish to liquidate your coins or bullion, follow the steps below to request an offer from MintBuilder.

Please note: MintBuilder only purchases items originally sold by MintBuilder through our shop.

3 Simple Steps

1. Email support@mintbuilder.com with a list of the items you wish to sell. Include as much detail as possible, including any information shown on coin labels.
2. If you accept the quote, mail your items using a tracked and insured shipping method to the address provided.
3. Funds will be sent within 3 business days after we receive and inspect your package.

Further Details

• Offer quotes are based on MintBuilder’s current selling prices.
• All eligible items must be in original, resalable condition.
• Coins with damaged holders or scratched casing are not eligible.
• Once a quote is accepted, the transaction price and time will be locked.
• Items must be postmarked within 3 business days of accepting the quote.
• MintBuilder reserves the right to reject items mailed after the required deadline.
• All items must be shipped to MintBuilder using a trackable shipping service.
• MintBuilder is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged while being shipped to MintBuilder.
• Payment for approved items will be issued within 3 business days of receipt and inspection.
• MintBuilder reserves the right to modify or cancel its buyback program at any time.
