This timeless personification of Liberty is borrowed from the 1916 Walking Liberty Half Dollar designed by acclaimed early 20th century sculptor Adolph A. Weinman.

Reverse: The iconic heraldic eagle graphic is centered on the reverse. Inscribed "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA," "1 OZ. FINE SILVER," "ONE DOLLAR," "E PLURIBUS UNUM" and the West Point Mint mark "W."
